DESIGN + VISUAL MARKETING

 

As the Project Manager of the Design Team of the Undergraduate Marketing Association at UC Berkeley, I was tasked with seeking out and creating a visual marketing campaign for a semester-long client. GIG Car Share, a subsidiary of AAA is a car-share service based in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento that features a one-way point-to-point rental, operating with a fleet of Toyota Prius Hybrid vehicles and all-electric Chevy Bolts. Highly successful around the UC Berkeley campus in part due to the prevalence of the vehicles as well as the allure of students being able to self-drive, GIG Car Share seemed like the perfect client to work with.

Our project consisted of creating various marketing materials, consistent with Gig brand guidelines, that Gig could employ to further increase their reach and inform users of the ease and convenience of the service. Our team of seven designed leave-behinds to be distributed at events and activation sites, produced photographical content to be used for web and social, and created ready-to-post social campaigns for Instagram and Snapchat
